Landscape Foreman
Our Landscape Foremen coordinate, supervise and work alongside a crew of laborers performing various landscaping activities. Foremen will schedule employees and oversee equipment operation, as well as ensure that projects under their supervision are completed with the quality we expect for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Requires ability to assess employee performance and recommend changes to enhance productivity.
Ensures all installations are performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
Enforces company safety rules and policies while leading by example.
Tracks and records all employee hours with accuracy.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site.
Ensures that employees are utilizing safety protective equipment.
Procuring tools, materials and, equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Landscape and maintain properties using tools or equipment. Tasks may include sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, raking, and hardscaping.
Job Requirements
Must have 2+ years of landscaping knowledge
Knowledge and experience installing hardscape applications
Time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi task
Ability to operate heavy equipment
Valid driver’s license
Punctual and dependable
Experience Managing and Leading Employees
Available Monday -Friday (Possible Saturday)
Able to work 7:00am – 4:00pm (Hours may fluctuate due to weather)
Physical Requirements
Lifting, bending, squatting required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
